Press Information

If you are looking for background information on MediaCo for use in the press, please feel free to contact us. The following information forms the basis of our boiler plate...

Incorporated in 1998, MediaCo has spent a decade building an enviable reputation in the production of large format graphic displays. Possessing capacity unparalleled in its field, MediaCo houses the largest Uk display of Vutek machines. A close relationship with Vutek has lead to MediaCo's selection as one of only three companies worldwide to be involved in a long-term beta trial for Vutek's BioVu range of environmentally friendly inks.

Currently producing in excess of 60% of the skins on display on outdoor media sites across the country, MediaCo also creates high-quality displays on a range of substrates for the retail, leisure and public sectors, consulting with clients to transform their visions into visually stunning displays. The huge range of applications for MediaCo's products has precipitated a period of rapid growth for the company, punctuated by expansions in its Manchester production facility to house more equipment, the creation of a London sales office, and the appointment to the board of a Sales and Marketing Director.

As a producer of full-colour graphics up to 5 metres wide and almost infinite length, MediaCo is acutely aware of its potential environmental impact. MediaCo's Environmental Management System (EMS) has been a mainstay of the operation since its outset and continues to evolve as the company sources innovative and environmentally friendly materials to use in its practices. The first and currently the only large format graphics producer to hold ISO14001, MediaCo is the only company of its kind with an in-house facility to recycle the PVC skins it produces; tracking the life-cycle of its materials, ensuring that waste is responsibly handled, disposed of and recycled wherever possible.
