When it comes to deciding as to which kinds of materials you are going to use for your latest marketing campaign or event, it can be all too easy to go with the tried and tested. This is the safe option and often, a company cannot be blamed for sticking to what has worked well in the past! It is worth noting that the actual level of organisation needed to be successful at an event is enormous and so if it is possible to keep some things simple, than why not?.
On the other hand, perhaps you feel you ought to 'freshen up' the campaign a little, maybe add some new features in or alter the way some things are going to look? This is not a criticism of what has come before but rather a gentle nod to the future and how important it is to not rest upon one's laurels. So how can promotional material be developed? What can be updated and still stay in budget and integrate into the timings for the whole event? .
Perhaps one solution could come in the form of fabric printing. This is a really simple leap from paper or PVC and requires very little effort to integrate into a campaign. There are so many advantages of using fabric printing as part of your event execution and these are briefly outlined below:
The fluidity of fabric as a material allows for subtle nuances and depth to be added into a design so that the end result isn't a merely a 2D representation but rather an immersive and enthralling 3D offering that will ultimately appeal more to your target audience. The great thing about all of this and going for the fabric printing option is that it is affordable and enables you to 'wow' your client in a very cost-effective manner.
As mentioned before, the fabric printing idea is perfect for materials, and these materials can be made into any shape or size you like. It all depends upon the strategy of the campaign that you are involved in executing at the time. Perhaps the fabric printing is simply for some t-shirts that are affordable and quick to make? You have full creative control over the design and then final product is yours to check over. Or perhaps the design is more involved and takes a while to pin down, with a few communications to and from the design team and the client. The end result will be what you want it to be, if you allow yourself to be creative.
